SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") describe the text-messaging program operated by Zamo Property Group ("Zamo," "we," "us," or "our"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program Description

Zamo Property Group sends text messages to people who have submitted an inquiry through our website and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS. Messages are conversational and transactional in nature, and may include:

• Replies and follow-ups regarding a deal, property, or partnership inquiry you initiated.
• Scheduling and logistics for calls or site visits.
• Status updates on an ongoing conversation or transaction.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to Opt In

To opt in, you must (1) submit our contact form at zamopropertygroup.com/#contact, (2) provide a valid mobile phone number, and (3) check the box that reads:

"I agree to receive text messages from Zamo Property Group at the phone number provided regarding my inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."

You may also opt in verbally during a phone call, or by replying with consent to an initial message we send confirming your interest.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the conversation. You should expect messages only when there is something relevant to your inquiry. Most users receive a small number of messages over the course of a transaction.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and your plan. Zamo Property Group does not charge a fee to receive these messages.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and stop sending you SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.

Help (HELP)

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at marc.balzamo@zamopropertygroup.com. A help reply will include a brief description of the program and instructions to opt out.

Sample Message

"Zamo Property Group: thanks for the deal note on the Camden 24-unit. I can hop on a call Thursday at 2pm — does that work? Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."

Supported Carriers

The program is generally compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number, the fact of your opt-in, and the contents of your messages are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder of the mobile number you submit. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to opt in.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when they were last updated. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
